- If you choose a lower-level delivery service for eggs or other items, you accept that this is at your own risk. We cannot replace or refund orders lost or delayed when a premium service was available but not selected.

- If your order arrives damaged or the insects are deceased upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will do our best to assist.
