Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and shipped via Royal Mail. We offer two shipping options: Royal Mail Special Delivery, which provides guaranteed next-day delivery with full tracking and signature on delivery, and Royal Mail 48 Tracked, offering tracked delivery within 2–3 working days without a required signature. If you prefer Special Delivery, please select this option at checkout or contact us for assistance. Whichever service you choose, we will provide you with a tracking link once your package has been dispatched.
Please note that we dispatch orders only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure timely delivery and avoid weekend delays. Additionally, for the safety of our live insects, we do not ship if the overnight temperature is forecast to drop below 4°C. In such cases, your order will be held until conditions improve, and we will keep you informed.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
